The art/benefit of getting up early

I always think as to how people in London(err..the british people) get up early and come to office..most of them would be in office before 9:00 a.m..whereas I come around 10:00 - 10:30 a.m.

In the morning hours(between 7:30 - 9:00 a.m) , the tubes are usually full , in particular the Northern line & Central line.

One point here , I always catch Northern Line at Bank but somehow..many people get down at Bank and only few get into the train but still the compartments are always full..I never understood this..it remains one of the mysteries of the Bank station....

My favourite station in London is 'Mile End' ...as you don't have to walk for 5 miles to change platform..ok..coming back to the original topic...i.e 'the art & benefit of getting up early' I came across the following article in Internet..

Pls read it ..if you have patience..and if you can read...as it's quite interesting..and it might help you if you are also as lazy as me..

London is warm , brilliant during summer but horrible , miserable in winter :(. Getting up at 6:00 A.M is quite challenging ..in winter...
